Description:
In charge of the smooth running of the kitchen in terms of production as well as administrative and financial management. Developing the menu in line with directions chosen by the General Management for cost and client expectations creating “brasserie” or gourmet meals as well as dietary.

Description:
In charge of managing the dining room in terms of level of client satisfaction and personnel. Guaranteeing the services provided to clients while taking into account the hotel’s guidelines and characteristics.
As a manager, he/she will be responsible for the teams’ resources and ensuring good relations between kitchen and restaurant.
