This job comprises of 4 main duties: Manning reception, schedule management, information and marketing.
Training:
Hotel receptionist, HND in Tourism, BTEC or other (no specific training necessary for this career).
Schedule manager
Description:
Often includes the same duties as the Receptionist but also that of “department head”: Management, team leading; checking schedules; receptionist’s roster etc

Hydrotherapist/hydrotechnician
Description:
He/she is involved in all thalassotherapy treatments (except physio and beauty therapy).
He/she welcomes the client, explains the treatment and makes sure the treatments run smoothly following an established protocol.
He/she is in charge of cleaning the equipment and ensuring the supply of products (seaweed, essential oils) in their treatment room.

Physiotherapist
Description:
Involved in all massage and physiotherapy treatments, carries out fitness and relaxation massages, studio or swimming pool rehabilitation, and lymph draining. He/she may be required to perform specific massages such as shiatsu, reflexology, Kansu, Thai massage and oversee the smooth running and quality of treatments.
Training:
Baccalaureate and Physiotherapy school entrance examination (baccalaureate + degree).
Doctor
Description:
More than just a prescriber, he/she is also a coordinator. GP or specialist (sports medicine, rheumatologist, gynaecologist or cardiologist), he/she plays an advisory role in prevention and surveillance.
Training:
Qualified GP, specialised in hydrology.
